The Women’s Training and Development Division of Imam Hussein Holy Shrine has concluded its ‘Secrets to Successful Communication’ training course for the shrine’s female employees.
Khulood al-Bayati, head of the division, stated, “The goal of this training course is to enhance the conduct with the female pilgrims of Imam Hussein.”
“Twenty female employees attended the course, which continued for three days and covered different methods of communication with the pilgrims,” added al-Bayati.
The Imam Hussein Holy Shrine pays attention to training its employees in different fields in order to provide the best services to the beloved pilgrims.
